Customer Background and Production Need

The customer is a food packaging manufacturer in southern Taiwan. The case records that the customer has worked with Jonh Huah since 2012 and gradually adjusted its equipment and downstream automation configuration; this project used an automated extrusion blow molding line for HDPE beverage bottles.

Technical Challenge

The project produced HDPE beverage bottles, with automatic leak testing and labeling in the line configuration. Neck, bottle-wall thickness, and leak-test conditions should be assessed against product design and acceptance requirements. See HDPE material information.

Jonh Huah's Solution

The project used the JHS-370F hybrid extrusion blow molding machine with a 4-cavity mold and one station. The line configuration includes automatic cutting after molding, leak testing, and labeling. See the machine series energy efficiency information.

Project Result

The recorded output for this HDPE beverage bottle line is 960 bottles per hour with a 4-cavity mold and one station. Output for other products depends on their mold, material, and process conditions.

Why This Solution Worked

Jonh Huah has manufactured blow molding equipment since 1976. This case records HDPE beverage bottles, a JHS-370F, a 4-cavity mold, and automatic cutting, leak testing, and labeling in the line configuration. Share your product drawing, resin grade, acceptance criteria, and line requirements with our technical team to discuss machine selection.
